Do you need a unique mobile bar for your next public event? Whether you need tea and coffee for a few hundred or a full bar for thousands, The Drinks Box can help.

We will provide a varied selection of wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, coffee and tea for your guests, however, we are more than happy to accommodate any special requests that you may have. We also offer seasonal products such as mulled wine and cider in winter and Pimms in the summer.

Included in the hire costs is the full set up and two trained members of staff. Let us take care of the bar, so you can focus on your staff and guests.

Depending on the size of the event and bar package, we can agree on a revenue share for booking The Drinks Box.

Cash Bar

Nice and simple. Your guests pay for their own drinks (wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and teas/coffees) by cash or card (no fees when paying by card).

Subsidised Bar

You can provide a certain amount of complimentary drinks and then your guests can buy whatever else they would like to drink.

Prepaid Bar

Your guests won't pay for a drink when you offer an open bar. You either pay a fixed cost per head or run a tab for the duration of the event.
